We have a new life member from Hawaii.  We have had a couple of life member that have either moved or died and we did not receive any word from them or their family.

The society is still trying to raise funds to redo the roof on the library.

The 1940 Census is available on line and we have some information from one township in Keokuk County in the newsletter.

Larry McNabb has an article "Early Agriculture in Keokuk and Mahaska Counties.

If anyone would be interested in being a trustee and serve on the board of the society, please let us know.
