A Beginning Genealogy Class will be held at the Oskaloosa Public Library on Wednesday June 29th from 12:30 until 3:30 p.m.  The
class will be given by Barbara Hammer, who is also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (D.A.R.).  There is a small
charge of $5.00 to cover expenses.  It will cover basics of getting started and a chance to ask questions.  For more information contact us
at the library either by calling 641-673-9373 or e-mail to keomahgenealogy@mahaska.org.  Deadline is Saturday June 25, 2011.

We are looking for nominees for the Board of Trustees or other offices of the Keo-Mah Genealogical Society.  You need to be a paid-up
member, and be willing to serve if elected.  The deadline for nominations is August 31, 2011 to have for a ballot in the next regular newsletter.
